Dubai, China Joint trade hits USD47.5b in 2015


(MENAFN) UAE and China's leaders are paying maximum attention to enhancing and boosting economic cooperation, therefore mutual trade relations are experiencing more prosperity.

Accordingly, China was Dubai's top trading partner in 2015, with joint trade capacity valued at USD47.5 billion, which indicates a 29 percent expansion throughout the prior year.

Moreover, from 2012 to 2015, general trade with China strikingly surpassed the USD136 billion threshold, reaching USD143.4 billion, with automobiles and tech gadgets topping the traded list.

"We attach great importance to sustaining the growth and development of Dubai-China trade in line with the directives of our wise leadership," stated a high-ranking Emeriti official.
