Emirates Grand Hotel appoints Cluster Revenue Director and Sales Manager


(MENAFNEditorial) Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments, a 31-storey tower conveniently located in the heart of Dubai's business and commercial district, proudly announces the appointments of Berlyn Kilala as new Cluster Revenue Director and Hamamouchi Majd as new Sales Manager.

Berlyn will be responsible for managing all facets of revenue maximization and profitability through proper management. In addition, she will oversee the strategic development and management of e-commerce and reservations while strengthening the existing ties with the group's key partners. Berlyn brings in 17 years of experience in the field of hospitality.

Prior to joining Emirates Grand Hotel, she served as revenue manager for Sheraton Athlone Hotel in Ireland. She also held positions in Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Metropolitan Palace Hotel and Best Western International, all based in Ireland, and Habtoor Palace Hotel in Dubai. She graduated from University of Santo Tomas in Philippines with Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Business Administration. She also studied the Hotel Revenue Management at Cornell University.

Hamamouchi joins Emirates Grand Hotel as Sales Manager, and has more than 11 years of sales and marketing experience from several luxury properties in Dubai, Morocco and US, including Ramee Rose Hotel & Ramee Atrium, Hotel Andalucía Golf Tangier and Sofitel Luxury Hotels & Resorts. He is known for his excellent track record of setting and achieving high business goals and implementing improvements to sales performance and strategic positioning. He holds a diploma in management at Wyndham Academy in Turkey and Revenue Management in Paris.
