(MENAFN) Dubai International Airport stayed the worlds crowded for global travelers in 2015 as traffic increased 10.7 percent, improved by the addition of new airlines and routes.
Furthermore, annual traffic increased to 78mn passengers from 70.5mn in 2014, in the month of Dec alone, while traffic jumped 8.5 percent to 7.05mn people.
The addition of 12 new travelers' destinations from Dubai International lifted traffic across the airport as regional carriers Emirates and FlyDubai spread.
However, last year viewed local tensions and conflicts in nations involving Yemen, Iraq and Syria, whereas Dubai Airports haven't seen any impact from local conflicts.
