Lebanese PM meets UAE ambassador
BEIRUT 1st February 2016 (WAM) -- Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam met UAE Ambassador Hamad Saeed al Shamsi in Beirut today.
The meeting discussed developments in Lebanon and the region as well as bilateral ties.
It also touched on the important role played by the UAE in the Lebanese arena through its humanitarian and relief programmes for the displaced people.
The Lebanese Prime Minister briefed the UAE Ambassador about the preparations for the upcoming donors' conference to be held in London on February 4th to discuss the Syrian displaced people crisis.
