Turkish Prime Minister meets businessmen in Riyadh


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met at his residence here today with the President of the Council of Saudi Chambers Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zamil and a number of businessmen during which they discussed existing economic and commercial relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of boosting them, especially in the fields of investment.

During the meeting, Davutoglu called on Saudi businessmen to increase their investments in his country and the establishment of joint ventures for the development of the existing cooperation.

It is worth mentioning that trade exchange between the Kingdom and Turkey had doubled from 2009 to 2014, from SR 12 billion to more than SR 24 billion before getting down to about SR 21.1 billon in 2015.
