Arab Monetary Fund issues its economic report 2 Riyadh


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) In light of these total public revenues and grants in the Arab countries as a group, they declined by 6.2 percent to about 952.6 billion dollars in 2014, accounting for about 34.5% of the GDP.

The report said that the total public spending in Arab countries also fell as a group by 6.8% to reach about 885.6 billion dollars in 2014, accounting for about 32.1% of the GDP, indicating that the aggregate of these developments surplus of the general budget of the combined Arab countries grew by 3.1% to reach to about $ 67 billion in 2014, representing 2.4% of the GDP of Arab countries.
