(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - UK) InterCloud Systems (NASDAQ:ICLD) has been awarded US$1.3mln in new contracts.
The firm said the deals are with existing customers and are for the installation and maintenance of their WiFi and antenna networks.
More than US$450000 of the revenue was from the New York State government office and work is expected to start immediately on all of the new projects.
Mark Munro chief executive of InterCloud said: 'As we finished out 2015 and start the calendar 2016 we continue to see an expanding number of opportunities within both the enterprise and service provider markets.'
'Our sales organization continues to build upon our pipeline and we are looking forward to a successful 2016' he added.
Shares rose 4.9% to US$0.65 in early deals.
