Amman Jan. 31 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II on Sunday said he is confident of the promise of Jordanian youths and of their ability to help address the various challenges Jordan is going through.
This came in a meeting at Al-Husseiniya Palace with representatives of the youth sector where her Majesty Queen Rania al-Abdullah was in attendance. During the meeting His Majesty emphasized that Jordan's young men and women can play a key role in political economic and social issues.
He also stressed that youths have a major role to assume in confronting and fighting the big challenge the region is facing that is the radical ideology. King Abdullah spoke to the group about the upcoming donors' conference which will convene in London within a few days saying he expects political decisions from countries that want to help in the Syrian refugee crisis.
