(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Occupied Jerusalem January 28 (QNA) - Israeli occupation forces detained Thursday eight Palestinian from Jerusalem including a Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) member.
Arrests concentrated at Old Jerusalem City Isawiya Kafr 'Aqab and Shuafat.Chairman of the committee of the families of prisoners in Jerusalem Amjad Abu Assab said that Israeli forces arrested Thursday dawn the PLC member Mohammed Abu Tier after storming his house in Kafr 'Aqab.
Abu Assab noted that Mohammed Abu Tier has spent intermittently more than 32 years in the occupation's prisons adding that Israel authorities banned him from residence years ago and was deported from Jerusalem. (QNA)
