It will bring on board not only the government but also entrepreneurs pharmaceutical and IT companies as well as insurance and financial consultants. The country has already invested massively in research and development avenues.'' ''The intention is to ensure that the people here get the best in terms of health care. Upgrading infrastructure and providing training facilities to the staff are other ingredients of the five-year master plan.''
