The Moroccan monarch also hailed the fruitful cooperation relations and active solidarity between the two neighbouring countries reaffirming His firm determination to work in concert with Rebelo de Sousa to raise them to the level of the long-standing friendly ties and the great esteem that bound the two peoples.
