India- Govt understands the issues faced by MSMEs: Kalraj Mishra


(MENAFN- KNN India) The government understands the issues faced by MSMEs and is trying to fix them and create healthy business environment, said Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra.

Mishra was addressing the MSME- Banking Conclave organized here in the background of Make in India and Start-up India campaign of the Government of India.

The conclave was organized by Jaipuria Institute of Management.

Mishra said, "MSMEs face a number of problems, such as, inadequate finance, limited capital & knowledge, lack of technology, low production capacity, ineffective marketing strategy, and inability to identify new markets, constraints in modernization and expansion, non-availability of highly skilled labour at affordable cost."

The minister said that he will follow up with various government agencies to resolve problems.

The Minister said that the Mudra Yojana is also expected to ensure inclusive growth of MSME Sector by providing timely and adequate credit from banks and financial institution.
