Oman Hotels Co. to sell assets of Al Falaj Hotel at USD 36.2mn


(MENAFN) Oman Hotels and Tourism Company proclaimed that it approved to sell assets and business of Al Falaj Hotel to Aitken Spence Resorts (Middle East) for USD 36.2mn.

Furthermore, Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Company owns 31.2 percent in Oman Hotels and Tourism Co. and it's an associate Company.

Additionally, Oman Hotels and Tourism firm informed the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) in Oct that received a non-binding offer for the acquisition of the assets of Al Falaj Hotel.

Aitken Spence is a Sri Lankan corporation with operations in S. Asia and it has major interests in hotels, travel, maritime services and logistics.
