Settlers attack Palestinian cars in southern Nablus


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah Jan. 19 (Petra)-- A group of Israeli extremist settlers early Tuesday attacked a number of Palestinian vehicles at the Hawara military checkpoint south of the West Bank city of Nablus.

The Palestinian official in charge of settlement file in northern West Bank Ghassan Daghlas said that the settlers threw stones at the Palestinian cars which were parked at the checkpoint because it was closed suddenly.

A number of the Palestinians were injured and transformed to a nearby hospital he added.
