(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Dubai January 17 (QNA) - Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met here Sunday with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

The UN Secretary-General is attending a ceremony marking the launch of a report on High-level Panel on Humanitarian Financing in Dubai. They discussed a number of issues but focused specifically on refugees worlwide and how to provide them with the minimum standard of living in light of the difficult conditions they face. (QNA)
