Kuwait- KRCS to hold photographic exhibition to mark 50th anniversary

KUWAIT Jan 14 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) announced on Thursday that it would be presenting a photographic exhibition a chronological compilation to mark the 50th anniversary of the humanitarian society's inception.
Speaking to KUNA Head of the Public Relations Department at KRCS Khaled Al-Zaid said that the exhibition scheduled to take place Friday at the Avenues Mall is an attempt to highlight KRCS's steadfast efforts in mitigating human suffering across the globe.
The exhibition is also part of the society's efforts of publicizing its illustrious works and underscoring Kuwait's firm commitment to humanitarian causes Al-Zaid added.
Al-Zaid also encouraged visitors to the Avenues Mall to drop by the exhibition to embark on a virtual stroll down memory lane as the photographic compilation dates back to 1966.
As humanitarian suffering continues to pervade the globe Al-Zaid vowed that KRCS will always be relentless in its efforts to serve the world of humanity. (end) msa.nam
