(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman Jan. 14 (Petra) -- Members of the U.S.-led coalition will gather in Paris next week to discuss beefing up efforts to counter the Daesh terrorist group France's defense minister said.
According to the AFP French Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said Thursday he would host his U.S. British and German counterparts in Paris next week to refine a strategy and discuss tactics adding the terrorist group was on the back foot in Iraq.
U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter announced on Wednesday that a U.S. Special Operations force arrived in Iraq to begin their tasks against the terrorist gang.
