Muslim World League condemns terrorist bombings in Iraq and Turkey


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Makkah 03 Rabi'II1437 AH 13 January2016 SPA -- The Secretariat General of Muslim World League has condemned the terrorist bombings which occurred in the Iraqi capital Baghdad and the city of Istanbul in Turkey that resulted in killing and injuring a number of people.
The League's Secretary General Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki called in a statement on the leaders of the world organizations and intellectuals to stand united in the face of this violence in all its forms and manifestations and to address what causes these terrorist acts praising the position of governments and international organizations led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who called for the formation of an Islamic alliance to fight terrorism and eliminate all its sources.
