Qatar Singapore Review Security Cooperation Ties

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha January 11 (QNA) - HE Director General of Public Security Staff Major General Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi met Monday with the Singaporean delegation taking part in the eighth Qatari-Singaporean joint working group.
The meeting reviewed aspects of cooperation in issues of mutual interest and ways of promoting them.
In the same context a round of talks was held between the Qatari and Singaporean sides and was co-chaired by Major General Abdulaziz Al Ansari director of Ministry of Interior's International Cooperation Department and Christine Lee head of the International Cooperation and Partnerships Division at Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs.
The session discussed a set of issues on the agenda which aim to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries in the different security areas. (QNA)
