In his new role Balushi will be in charge of all HR matters the planning and implementation of HR policies and procedures employee relations performance management as well as recruitment and training.

With almost two decades of experience in HR management Balushi has played a key role in some of the most prestigious public and private sector companies in the sultanate. Starting his career with the Ministry of Interior in 1996 he later worked as HR and administration manager for a number of firms including Larsen & Toubro Heavy Engineering Oman Investment & Finance Co and the Oman Automobile Association.

Known for his communication skills and professionalism Balushi's proven ability as a team leader has allowed him to improve the HR performance of every company he has worked for to date.
