New plan to improve 6th of October Gardens in Egypt


(MENAFN) Head of the 6th of October City Council proclaimed a new plan to develop 6th of October Gardens zone with value of USD 0.126bn.

Furthermore, the plan involves starting new water network for USD 10.71mn, sanitation and water treatment with USD 41.85mn and expansions of current health network with USD 10.08mn.

Accordingly, the council's yearly budget worth USD 0.31bn, Gates and axes to 6th of October City will also be improved under the new strategy with the cost of USD 75.64mn.

However, sales prices of apartment in the City fell in Q3 of last year and grew by 3 percent for villas, as a result of a deficit in the new supply.
