Saudi group makes UAE foray in Downtown

Artar Real Estate Development has launched Mada Residences in Downtown Dubai. The luxury residential project marks the UAE debut of Artar the property development arm of Abdul Rahman Saad Al Rashid & Sons Company a group with over 50 years of regional construction and development experience.

Mada Residences comprise 193 units of various sizes with floor areas starting from 882 sq ft. Residents will have access to a rooftop swimming pool children's pool and terrace lounge as well as sauna and steam rooms jacuzzi a gym and a multi-purpose lounge.

Apartments in Mada Residences are available for a special payment plan - 30 per cent down payment during the first year and the final 70 per cent to be paid upon completion of the project.

The company is in the process of establishing commercial arrangements with local banks to facilitate finance for customers.
