Mohamed bin Zayed receives UAEBSA s Board and players

ABU DHABI 4th January 2016 (WAM)His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces has received a number of members of the Board of Directors of the United Arab Emirates Billiards and Snooker Association (UAEBSA) in his majlis at Al Bahar Palace.

The UAEBSA team took part in the World Snooker Championship and the Arab Snooker Championship held in Cairo Egypt recently and achieved outstanding results.

During the Arab Snooker Championship Mohammed Mostafa Shihab won the men's singles gold medal while Mohammed Sultan Aljoker clinched the bronze medal at the World Snooker Championship.

Sheikh Mohammed expressed his happiness at the players' efforts and their determination to achieve good results lauding their distinguished and honourable performance. He also pointed out the importance of the continued follow-up and work to acquire more skills so as to achieve the best results in the future.

The players expressed their happiness at meeting Sheikh Mohamed hailing his support and encouragement for the youth to further accomplish honourable results and trophies.
