The Galaxy A is backed by powerful performance and available in three screen sizes: the 5.5-inch A7 the 5.2-inch A5 and 4.7-inch A3.

'At Samsung we are committed to continued innovation responding to the unique needs of consumers in the GCC' said Tarek al Sabbagh head of Imaging and Mobility at Samsung Gulf Electronics. 'With the introduction of the latest generation of the Galaxy A we were inspired by consumer feedback on our original Galaxy A models and made thoughtful and impactful improvements offering consumers a seamless convergence of style and performance for their everyday lifestyles.'

The Galaxy A continues the latest Samsung Galaxy design heritage combining metal and glass to create a beautifully harmonious premium design. The new Galaxy A provides a superior viewing experience with a large screen and thin 2.7mm bezel.

The Galaxy A also comes equipped with an enhanced camera system for both brighter and clearer photos and videos with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) preventing image blurring as well as a 5MP front and 13MP rear F1.9 lens to allow users to take the optimum photos in dark conditions. With Samsung's Quick Launch feature double clicking the home button launches the camera in less than a second. Consumers can also take their best selfies yet with unique features including Wide Selfie Palm Selfie and Beautifying Effects.

The introduction of the Galaxy A means that consumers looking for both style and functionality now have three new options in different sizes with diverse features which will cater to their varied needs and provide the optimal smartphone experience for their lifestyle. The Galaxy A7 A5 and A3 will first be available in Black Gold Pink Gold and White color schemes allowing for self-expression from the second the device is picked up.

The Galaxy A7 A5 and A3 are now available in global markets and will be available at all major retailers in the UAE in the first week of January 2016.
