(MENAFN) The Integrated Systems alliance founded a company, I Tex, with a capital of USD 2.6mn through which the alliance will offer for tenders for main sector projects.
Accordingly, the alliance is discussing with a number of foreign firms to enter into business to compete in order to put up offers, and the discussions were with US, Chinese and Gulf companies.
In addition, the situations of agreement for the project will be launched on Thursday after the qualifying tender put forward by the ministry in Oct 2015.
The founding alliance of I Tex includes eight regional firms focusing in communications and IT solutions to form a force with comfort and financial strength.
