Freeing Al Ramadi is qualitative achievement against terrorism- Jordan

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) AMMAN Dec 29 (KUNA) -- The Jordanian government described restoring the Iraqi forces of Al-Ramadi city from the grip of the Islamic State (IS) as an important and qualitative step against terrorism.Minister of State for Media Affairs Dr. Mohammad Al-Momini said in press remarks today that this achievement was made possible thanks to the efforts of international coalition against IS and the Iraqi forces in restoring security and stability to Iraq and its people.The Iraqi forces announced here earlier today their total control over Al-Ramadi city which is the capital of Al-Anbar Governorate Western Iraq which was occupied by IS since mid of last year.
