(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah Dec.29 (Petra) - Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday closed the Ahrar Center for Prisoners Studies and human Rights in West Bank city of Nablus.
The center director Fuad Al-Khuffash in a statement said that Israeli soldiers broke into the center and confiscated computers fax machines and all files and documents related to Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons.
The soldiers left a letter ordering the center to remain closed until further notice al-Khuffash added.
Israeli escalation is "an attempt to silence the voice which exposes all occupation violations of human and prisoners' rights" he further explained.
