Jordan- Relatively cold weather frost formation forecast


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman Dec.28 (Petra) -- Relatively cold weather is expected on Monday and Tuesday in most areas of the Kingdom while it will be mild in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with low clouds.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) winds will be southeasterly moderate to brisk blowing dust in the desert areas.

A further drop in temperatures is expected during the night; therefore it will be chilly in most regions and relatively cold in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea the JMD added.

The meteorologists also warns of frost formation in most parts of the country.

Maximum temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 4 degrees at night.
