(MENAFN- Arab Times) Officers from Jahra Criminal Investigation Department arrested a 28-year-old Kuwaiti who hit and killed a child at Naseem area more than a week ago. The suspect is said to have fled the scene when he realized the child had died on the spot. The CID traced the suspect to Jahra and apprehended him. He has since been detained for investigation. He claimed he had no plan to flee until he discovered the child was dead, and he could not sleep well since the incident, and thought of surrendering to the police.
