Erdogan discusses war on terror with Kurdistan Premier

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ISTANBUL Dec 26 (KUNA) -- Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held talks Saturday with visiting Prime Minister of Iraq's Kurdistan Province Nechirvan Barzani over the bilateral relations and the war on terror.The talks also tackled cooperation in energy economy and trade sectors the Turkish Presidency said.Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu also met with Barzani in Istanbul. The one-hour meeting was held behind closed doors.Meanwhile the Turkish army announced that it has killed 14 militants of the Kurdistan People's Party in a raid on Kurds-dominated southern cities.
