Turkish PM reiterates support to Syrian opposition


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ISTANBUL Dec 26 (KUNA) -- Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Saturday reaffirmed that Turkey will continue supporting the Syrian opposition forces during the UN-backed negotiations on the future of Syria.Davutoglu urged the Syrian opposition forces to demonstrate unity and resolve during the upcoming talks to be held in the framework of the UN Security Council Resolution 2254.He was speaking during his meeting with head of the opposition Syrian National Coalition (SNC) Khaled Khoja and former Syrian prime minister Riyadh Farid Hijab in Ankara according to Anadolu Agency (AA).On their part Khoja and Hijab expressed gratitude for Turkey's support to the Syrian people in their struggle against the regime of President Bashar Al-Assad.
