Saudi forces intercept missile fired from Yemen

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH Dec 21 (KUNA) -- Saudi defense forces have intercepted a missile fired from Yemen in direction of southern city Jizan the coalition for supporting legitimacy in Yemen said on Monday.The coalition command said in a statement that its air force warplanes raided the missile launcher instantly after it was unleashed in the direction of the Saudi territory.On Friday the coalition declared that two ballistic missiles targeted Saudi territories. One was intercepted by the Saudi air force over Yemen and the other crashed in an uninhabited region near Nejran. (end) nh.rk
