OAPEC Ministers Council Starts Ministerial Conference in Cairo
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Cairo Rabi'I 9 1437 Dec 20 2015 SPA -- The Council of Ministers of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) kicked off in Cairo Egypt its 95th Ministerial Conference headed by the State of Qatar.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting was headed by the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Engineer Ali Al-Naimi.
