UAE- RTA wins MEA Enterprise Risk Management Award

DUBAI 17th December 2015 (WAM) -- The Roads and Transport Authority RTA has won the MEA Enterprise Risk Management Award presented by GR and Strategic Risk. The award is open for government and private entities applying top-class risk management standards and the highest safety stipulations in projects planning based on practical and future studies.

"Winning this award is a manifestation of RTA's efforts in adopting best-in-class techniques in coping with a variety of anticipated challenges faced by its current and future projects" said Amair Saleem Director of Safety Risk Regulation and Planning at RTA's Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector.

He added "The RTA appreciates that the risks management system is the key driver of all hazard control administrative systems and the optimal way to ensure public safety of assets and projects as well as the safe operation of all systems."
