(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Employees of Commercial Bank have taken part in a unique initiative to show their national pride honouring Qatar National Day.
Employees of Commercial Bank from various branches across Qatar have sung the national anthem. The recordings have been collated and posted on a dedicated page on the bank's website at www.cbq.qa/anthem, where they can be viewed by the public.
Commenting on the initiative, Commercial Bank CEO Abdulla Saleh al-Raisi said: "The national anthem is a symbol of our great nation and the lyrics hold an even greater reverence and meaning for Qatar National Day.
"As a Qatari bank, expressing our national pride is important to all our employees, and this bank-wide initiative of singing the national anthem is a creative group activity to spread Qatar National Day joy within all our branches and to share with a wider audience on our website."
