Kuwait- Court declares as unconstitutional part of domestic workers' law

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT Dec 16 (KUNA) -- The Constitutional Court in its session on Wednesday declared as unconstitutional the third term of the second provision of law 68/2015 which stipulates that agents who work in the house maids recruitment must have an educational level of no less than high school degree.The court had received an appeal from a number of household workers' offices regarding the abovementioned regulations.The appeal was cross examined by the court on November 11.
