(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT Dec 15 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim has addressed a cable of congratulations Tuesday to Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) Governor Mohammad Al-Hashel on recieving the Visionary Award - Central Bank Governor for 2015.Al-Hashel was given the award by the Union of Arab Banks (UAB) on the sidelines of the Annual Arab Banking Conference for 2015 that was held in Beirut between November 19-21.
