(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Ministry of Environment and Qatar Economic Zones Company (Manateq) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for joint cooperation. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the First GCC Metrology Forum which kicked off in Doha today.
Assistant undersecretary for standards and specifications at the Ministry Dr Mohammed bin Saif Al Kuwari and Manateq's head of venture affairs Hamad Jarallah Al Marri signed the agreement.
Talking to reporters following the signing ceremony, Al Kuwari said that the MoU aimed at cooperation and partnership between the two sides in the field of metrology, adding that there are other implementing programs related to the MoU that will be completed later.
