UAE's Sial sees USD1B worth of agreements


(MENAFN) UAE's three-day sixth annual Sial Middle East exhibition has witnessed inking business contracts worth a little over USD1 billion, based on reports.

For Instance, the UAE closed deals with Morocco for USD41 million, while Lulu Hypermarket, the retail chain, anticipated to sign deals worth up to USD7 million.

The 2015 edition of Abu Dhabi-based SIAL closed with record number of visitors attending the event, registering an increase of 48 percent as compared to 2014.

Members of the general public are not permitted entry, and past exhibitors at have always praised the quality and seriousness of the participating buyers.
