Report: ISIS has started murdering babies with Down's Syndrome

(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) New reports this week from the ISIS controlled city of Mosul in Iraq suggest that ISIS has stooped to a new low issuing a Fatwa calling to kill infant children with Down's Syndrome.
According to the blogger "Mosul Eye" who claims to report from the city and has had several revelations in the past the Fatwa was issued by a Saudi ISIS religious leader named Abu Said Ljazrawi.
The blog added that it was familiar with at least 38 confirmed cases of such murders in Mosul and in other ISIS-controlled cities in Syria as well.
"Mosul Eye" claimed that the babies that were killed were between one week and three months old and were all murdered by lethal injection or suffocation.
The Jerusalem Postcould not independently verify the reports.
