(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Rome Dec. 13 (Petra) -- Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Nasser Judeh on Sunday held talks with Federica Mogherini EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on a number Middle East issues and developments.
The talks touched on peacemaking between the Palestinians and Israelis and prospects for restarting serious peace negotiations between the two sides. They also discussed efforts underway to fight terrorism and extremism.
Mogherini commended Jordan's role in hosting a massive influx of Syrian refugees on its territory and called for additional support to the Kingdom.
