(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kuwait December 13 (QNA) - The Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received today a message from Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi connected with relations between the countries and their peoples and means of developing them.
