Lebanese army pound gunmen positions in Arsal

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT Dec 12 (KUNA) -- The Lebanese army's artillery stationed in north Bekaa pounded the positions of gunmen in the mountainous areas near the borders with Syria late Saturday.The bombardment targeting sites in Ras Baalbek Wadi Al-Khail and Arsal villages in the eastern Baalbek district inflected casualties on the gunmen belonging to Al-Nusrah Front the National News Agency (NNA) reported tonight.In a related development the Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF) arrested earlier this evening Bilal Bakkar on charges of terrorism following several arrest warrants.
