Kuwait- Sheikh Mubarak Al Duaij visits KUNA's office in London

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) LONDON Dec 9 (KUNA) -- Board Chairman and Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation visited KUNA's office in the British capital where they were briefed on work and necessary needs to facilitate the mission of the staff.Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij urged the office staff to communicate necessarily with the Kuwaiti embassy in London and follow up on news that interests KUNA's activities so as to strengthen the agency's regional and international status. He also advised them to abide by credible impartial and transparent news.Both KUNA's offices overseas and the Kuwaiti embassies seek to serve the State of Kuwait he said.Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij called for benefiting from latest technology when dealing with news for speed of news transmission in Kuwait urging the staff to diversity news in all fields and prepare reports to enrich the agency.On his part Kuwaiti Ambassador to the UK Khaled Abdulaziz Al-Duwaisan held a dinner banquet in honor of Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij in which the delegation the embassy staff and members of KUNA's office in London took part.
