(MENAFN) Chinese company Huawei wants to establish a factory for smartphones in the Suez Canal Area.
According to statement, the Egyptian government assured to be a strategic companion in applying projects in the Suez Canal Area.
Furthermore, an agreement was signed with Huawei to offer the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity with 10mn smart electricity meters.
Additionally, a rise in the number of units was decided upon, which would help to remove illegal electricity consumption.
