UAE- New Governor of Aden commends coalition forces for support

ADEN 8th December 2015 (WAM)--Brigadier General Aidroos Qassim al-Zubaidi has praised the Arab coalition-led by Saudi Arabia for its continuous support to the legitimacy truth and justice in Yemen.

While assuming his new post he thanked the UAE-led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his full support to Yemen in terms of personnel equipment rebuilding of damaged infrastructure including basic premises such as schools hospitals as well as humanitarian aid.

He also thanked Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces for following up the directives of the UAE president in this respect.

Al Zubaidi called on the residents of Aden to back the legitimacy and the leadership of the Aden Governorate to counter all forms of terrorism to restore the stability and security to Aden. "As the people of Yemen vanquished the Houthis and the Saleh group with the support of the coalition forces Yemenis can defeat al-Qaeda and Daesh too with the support of the coalition" he said.
