(MENAFN- Gulf Times) President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and his accompanying delegation arrived in Doha yesterday. President Minnikhanov was welcomed at Hamad International Airport by HE the Minister of Youth and Sports Salah bin Ghanem bin Nasser al-Ali and Russian ambassador to Qatar Nurmakhamad Kholov.
