Meeza, Maersk Oil Qatar sign milestone agreement at IPTC


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Meeza, a Qatar Foundation joint venture and IT services and solutions provider in Qatar, signed a new agreement yesterday with Maersk Oil Qatar (MOQ) at the 9th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC), marking a major milestone in its journey.
MOQ chief financial officer Carsten Sonne-Schmidt and Meeza chief marketing officer Saad Sabah al-Kuwari signed the agreement in the presence of Meeza chief executive officer Ahmad Mohamed al-Kuwari and MOQ deputy managing director Sheikh Faisal bin Fahad al-Thani.
Under the agreement, Meeza will be hosting Maersk Oil's Primary and Disaster Recovery IT equipment in its M-VAULT 2 and M-VAULT 3 state-of-the-art data centres.
