Saudi condemns assassination of Governor of Aden

RIYADH 6th December 2015 (WAM) --- Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the assassination of Governor of Aden Major General Jafar Mohamad Saad and six members of his entourage by a car bomb on Sunday in Yemen's southern port city.
In a statement carried by the state Saudi Press Agency SPA an official source at the Saudi Foreign Ministry said "The hand of treachery and treason which struck the innocent today in Aden will not deter the coalition's efforts from supporting the legitimate government in Yemen and restoring security and stability throughout this brotherly country."
The Saudi official source also offered deep condolences to Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi the government and the families of the victims of the attack.
