Capital Market Authority: investors should avoid dealing with unlicensed institutions 2 Riyadh


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) It cautioned investors of the need for verification of those who are dealing with a license from the Authority noting that it can be for investors and traders in the financial market seeing a list of authorized persons in the stocks activity in the Kingdom by the Capital Market Authority site on the Internet www.cma.org .sa which describes each licensed institution activity.
The Authority noted that unauthorized persons (individuals or institutions) are not entitled to collect money or exercise any of the stocks including dealing in stocks to purchase or sell stocks management or providing people with regard to the work of the stocks or providing consultation in corporate finance or act in any way to implement the deal on a stock or to provide advice on the benefits or risks of dealing in stocks or exercise any right consequent from stock and the like.
